Jobs 4 All is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager for the mining sector in South Africa. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Geology and at least eight years of leadership experience overseeing underground hard-rock operations.

You will manage mine planning, geology, surveying, and technical services, drive safety compliance, and lead high-performing teams to optimise production and resource recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in technical services management within mining.
• Proven underground hard-rock mining experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
