Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering.
• 10+ years' underground hard-rock mining production management experience.
• ERB registration preferred (Botswana) or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating on-site operations.
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
• Commitment to mining safety, productivity, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage underground mining production operations.
• Coordinate daily mining activities to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and develop mining personnel and contractors.
• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise with technical, geological, engineering, and maintenance teams to optimize mine performance.
• Ensure effective deployment of resources, equipment, and manpower.
