Qualifications

• Strong understanding of user-centered design, IA, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for new product features with user-centered focus.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Create wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders on strategy and UX.
• Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices.
