Qualifications

• Grade 12 completed; sales/marketing qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years tyre sales experience with a proven track record.
• Established Gauteng fleet customer network preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the region; valid drivert license.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business with transport companies, logistics operators, and fleet owners.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts.
• Promote tyre and fleet solutions, conduct customer site visits, and make cost-effective recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with branches, fitment teams, and the retread factory for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
