PwC’s South Africa Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) is a strategic delivery hub within PwC’s global network, supporting large-scale transformation programmes through human-led, technology-enabled delivery.

As Senior Associate, you will take ownership of defined PMO and programme delivery activities, working closely with client teams and senior programme stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum, provide effective programme control and ensure high-quality information supports

Qualifications

Strong practical experience in project, programme or PMO delivery.
Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
Hands-on planning, scheduling and RAID management.
Proficiency with Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver PMO and programme management across complex programmes.
Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
Produce high-quality status reports and governance materials for senior audiences.
Coordinate programme governance and reporting cycles with accurate information.
Support the development and maintenance of key programme documentation.
Plan and facilitate project, programme and stakeholder meetings and workshops.
Apply Waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies within client environments.
