Summary:

The Software Deployment Services (SDS) team delivers business application implementation, configuration and optimisation across a range of enterprise platforms. We are seeking highly experienced delivery leaders who can lead complex transformation programmes, provide strategic direction to clients and help scale SDS capabilities across multiple technologies and industries. This role provides the opportunity to work across ERP, CRM, finance, property management and other enterprise applications rather than specialising in a single product. The successful candidate will lead complex client engagements, shape delivery approaches, support capability development and drive continuous improvement across the practice. The team increasingly leverages AI-enabled tools and automation to improve delivery quality, efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications /Certifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Multiple finance systems, ERP, business application, or project management certifications preferred.
• Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia or other enterprise application certification(s).
• Project, programme delivery, business analysis or architecture certifications are advantageous.

Experience required:

• 9+ years' experience in technology consulting, software implementation, business applications, ERP, CRM, finance systems or digital transformation delivery.
• Significant experience leading complex implementation, optimisation and transformation programmes.
• Proven experience acting as a delivery lead, programme lead, solution lead or trusted adviser for senior client stakeholders.
• Experience defining delivery approaches, governance frameworks, quality standards and implementation methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams and client relationships. Experience building delivery capability, developing delivery assets and establishing best practices.
• Experience mentoring and developing consultants and implementation teams.
• Experience with one or more enterprise business applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Sage Intacct, Certinia, Prophix, FloQast, Re-Leased, Xelix or similar platforms.
• Experience with integrations, reporting, data migration, automation or business process transformation is advantageous.
