PwC South Africa’s Technology & Innovation Centre (SATIC) seeks a finance transformation leader to drive major programmes across core finance domains. You will steer R2R, P2P, O2C and finance partnering initiatives, shaping operating models and embedding automation and digital tools.

You will lead, mentor and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholder expectations at senior levels, and contribute to business development and thought leadership within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Experience leading finance transformation workstreams and programmes.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver finance transformation projects from strategy to execution.
• Design future-ready finance operating models with automation.
• Facilitate workshops and perform process analysis to improve efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery excellence.
• Develop assets such as diagnostics, playbooks and delivery tools.
• Support business development, client workshops and thought leadership.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as strategic advisors.
• Coordinate governance forums to drive alignment and outcomes.
