Job summary

Staff Solutions is recruiting a Senior Conveyancer for a Northern Suburbs–Cape Town role. The successful candidate will manage a substantial conveyancing caseload, handling around 60 files in the senior position and approximately 30 for juniors, ensuring accurate and timely progress across matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a conveyancing-related role.
• Ability to manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior).
• Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable).
• Matric certificate (non-negotiable).
• South African citizenship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
• A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous.
