Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in designing and managing large-scale telecom infrastructure.
• Expertise in wireless (LTE/5G), fiber optics, and IP networking.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of network security and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and deployment of telecom infrastructure (wireless, fiber, microwave).
• Manage capacity planning and performance monitoring for service delivery.
• Develop and implement network security strategies.
• Lead troubleshooting for major infrastructure incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on technology selection.
