Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record; willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and repair telecom equipment (routers, switches, modems) at field sites.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues with minimal downtime.
• Conduct routine maintenance and testing of network infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Document work, surveys, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using mobile apps.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures in diverse environments.
