Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom network engineering with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS.
• Proven experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei hardware.
• Strong network security knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy telecom network solutions including routing, switching, and transmission.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive uptime measures.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, upgrades, and tech integrations.
• Develop and maintain network documentation and SOPs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new equipment.
