Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems administration, with a strong focus on telecom systems.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux environments, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
• Deep understanding of IT security best practices and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, including operating systems, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.
• Implement and enforce security policies, patch management, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively optimize resource utilization.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with network and application teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT services.
