Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications engineering.
In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, 4G/5G and fiber optics.
Experience with network design tools and simulation software.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor others.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
