Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage the processing, packing, and distribution of customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time delivery with strong service. Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and export shipments.
• Generate and verify shipping documents, including tax invoices and packing lists.
• Coordinate and confirm export orders for neighboring countries.
• Obtain courier quotations and arrange shipment collections and deliveries.
• Manage daily picking slips, backorders, and dispatch activities.
• Monitor and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
• Follow up on Outstanding Shipper Reports (OSR) and shipment exceptions.
• Liaise with couriers and stakeholders to resolve delivery and logistics queries.
• Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met through excellent service.
• Operate Reach Truck and Forklift safely and in compliance with company procedures.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
• Purchase and manage packaging materials to support operational requirements.
