Job summary

Qualifications
- Requires Grade 12 / Matric with shipping and warehouse experience.
- Experience in shipping, warehouse, distribution, or export operations.
- Forklift and Reach Truck certification preferred.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS systems.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and export shipments.
- Generate and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
- Coordinate export orders for neighboring countries.
- Obtain courier quotations and arrange shipment collections.
- Manage daily picking slips, backorders, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Purchase and manage packaging materials.
