Job summary

Clear Path Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution to efficiently process, pack, and distribute customer orders from its Pretoria warehouse. The role requires coordinating export shipments, courier activities, and warehouse operations while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, generating documents, coordinating export orders to neighboring countries, and monitoring OTD.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, warehouse, distribution, or export operations.
• Forklift and Reach Truck certification preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and courier processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Senior Technician Shipping/Receiving & Distribution

Position Summary

Responsible for the efficient processing, packing, and distribution of customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation, on-time delivery, and excellent customer service. Coordinates export shipments, courier activities, warehouse operations, and shipping performance reporting to support supply chain objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesPick, pack, and prepare customer orders and export shipments. Generate and verify shipping documents, including tax invoices and packing lists. Coordinate and confirm export orders for neighboring countries. Obtain courier quotations and arrange shipment collections and deliveries. Manage daily picking slips, backorders, and dispatch activities. Monitor and report On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Follow up on Outstanding Shipper Reports (OSR) and shipment exceptions. Liaise with couriers and stakeholders to resolve delivery and logistics queries. Ensure internal and external customer requirements are met through excellent service. Operate Reach Truck and Forklift safely and in compliance with company procedures. Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards. Purchase and manage packaging materials to support operational requirements.

Qualifications & SkillsGrade 12 / Matric. Experience in shipping, warehouse, distribution, or export operations. Forklift and Reach Truck certification preferred. Knowledge of shipping documentation and courier processes. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Warehouse Management systems.
