Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners and technical leads.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with development teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and impediments, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among development teams, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor code quality, testing processes, and deployment pipelines to ensure timely delivery of robust software.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and integrations as required for project success.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports and present key findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical project management, specifically within software development environments.
• Proven experience managing projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), various programming languages, and architectural patterns.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
