Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on software development projects.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development projects from conception through to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Guide and support Agile/Scrum development teams, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
