Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a technical-commercial agricultural environment.
• Strong analytical, product development, and research management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with regulatory processes is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical division and drive innovation and product development.
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and niche market solutions.
• Provide strategic technical input to support growth objectives.
• Oversee research activities with universities, institutes and industry bodies.
• Manage the technical research budget and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Support transfer of research findings into commercial opportunities.
• Support field trials, regulatory trials and product registration.
• Communicate trial results to stakeholders and assist sales with technical insights.
• Develop and deliver technical training for sales staff, distributors and growers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and forums.
