You will engage growers, distributors and internal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen product positioning and convert market insights into commercial results. This broad role combines market development, customer engagement, technical expertise and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• MBA- or MSc-level agronomy/science degree preferred.
• Proven commercial experience in agriculture or crop protection.
• Experience in Sales or Marketing Management within crop protection.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional commercial plans to grow product adoption, market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and key customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to deliver regional objectives.
• Provide technical and agronomic support to customers and internal teams.
• Lead customer visits, field demonstrations and training sessions.
• Monitor market and product performance and translate insights into actions for growth.
• Resolve customer and technical issues to ensure high service levels.
