- Experience negotiating offers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for technology roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and build pipelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline for current and future openings.
- Utilize ATS to manage candidate data and workflows.
- Champion diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market intelligence.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
