Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant in a Generalist role.
• Strong understanding of software development, infrastructure, and digital profiles.
• Comfortable using AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work consultatively and provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Generalist vacancies.
• Proactively source scarce technical skills across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, networks and AI.
• Nurture and manage candidate pipelines.
