• Strong understanding of IT roles and software development methodologies.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments for technology roles, including software developers, data analysts, and IT support.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using digital platforms and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the technology and startup ecosystems.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay current with technology trends and talent market dynamics.
