Vodacom seeks a senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership to its Technology functions. You will partner with executive leadership to drive cost-optimisation, Capex governance, and value creation across Technology.

The role requires high accuracy, strong judgement, and the ability to deliver executive-level insights. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and post-implementation reviews, with a focus on delivering measurable business value from capital investments.

Qualifications

• Three-year degree/diploma or equivalent in financial management/accounting/business management.
• Post-graduate qualification, relevant to the job – advantageous.
• Data analytics/ Quantitative sciences qualification – advantageous.
• At least 8 years relevant industry experience, preferably in a fast-moving multinational environment.
• Experience of cost efficiency programs – essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic financial leadership to Technology executives and stakeholders.
• Capex governance and performance management across the Technology portfolio.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for VBTS and NOP functions.
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives and deliver reliable reporting to EHODs.
