• Own financial planning and cost transparency for Technology portfolio.
• Lead investment prioritisation and business case evaluation.
• Understand cloud economics and optimise Azure/AWS spend.
• Blend run costs with infra and software in full economic cost.
• Challenge contracts, licensing, SaaS; support negotiations.
• Link technology spend to performance and business value.
• Develop decision-quality reporting with Power BI and Excel.
• Partner with CIO and leadership to drive financial insight.
