Mr Price Money seeks a commercially astute Finance Manager to lead the finance function for its Telco business. The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, delivering financial performance, internal controls, reporting and commercial business partnering across the Telco unit.

CA(SA) with 7+ years post-articles experience, strong IFRS knowledge and telecommunications exposure (MVNO/MNO) are essential. Durban-based role with a focus on scalable, future-ready finance processes.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification and active SAICA membership.
• 7+ years relevant post-articles finance experience.
• Leadership experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
• Telecommunications industry experience is essential.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.
• AdvancedExcel and finance systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic finance & business partnering for Telco business.
• Provide financial insight on commercial initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and board packs.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Monitor MVNO/MNO metrics and other retail KPIs.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and reconciliations.
• Design and implement financial controls and SOPs.
