Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in talent acquisition or recruitment with at least 3 years in a senior/manager role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing recruitment strategies, especially in tech.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience: sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies.
• Hybrid work model with on-site collaboration in Benoni.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs across departments.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
