Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of industrial engineering experience with a focus on supply chain and logistics.
• Proven expertise in supply chain analysis, optimization, and design.
• Strong analytical skills with data modeling and simulation experience.
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation logistics.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and savings.
• Develop and implement initiatives to optimize inventory, lead times, and order fulfillment.
• Design and improve warehouse layouts, material flow, and procedures.
• Use data analytics and simulation tools to model scenarios and assess improvements.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, sales, and external partners for seamless operations.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance metrics and dashboards.
• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects within supply chain operations.
• Manage projects related to upgrades and system implementations.
• Provide guidance on supply chain best practices and standards.
