Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in industrial engineering with focus on supply chain and logistics optimization.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling and process simulation software.
• Hybrid work experience and ability to balance on-site and remote tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage efficient logistics and supply chain processes for Nelspruit operations.
• Analyze routes, warehouse layouts and inventory systems to identify cost-savings.
• Develop strategies to improve lead times, reduce transit times and shipping costs.
• Collaborate with production, warehousing, procurement and sales for integration.
• Use simulation tools to test changes before implementation and establish KPIs.
