Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on supply chain optimization.
• Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, and network design.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (SAP APO, Oracle SCM, JDA).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis and modeling tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing supply chain processes including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain.
• Develop and implement optimization strategies such as network redesign and inventory control improvements.
• Use data analytics, simulation and modeling to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, manufacturing and sales to ensure integration.
• Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and report on trends.
• Design improved warehouse layouts and material flow strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Lead projects to improve visibility, agility and resilience in the supply chain.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and staff on best practices.
