Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced HVACR engineer to support applications, lead refrigeration product initiatives in MEA, and manage training and warranty activities. The role emphasizes collaboration with sales, distributors, and OEMs across Africa, focusing on thermodynamics, refrigeration systems, and controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with 8-10 years of HVACR experience, and are ready to travel across the Africa region while upholding HSE standards

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
8-10 years of HVACR design, projects, service, technical support, or training within the HVACR industry.
Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, Refrigeration Systems and controls.

Responsibilities

Application Engineering Support: respond to technical queries and assist with product selection.
Lead NBO for refrigeration products in MEA with Sales.
Deliver technical training and manage training materials.
Quality & Warranty Management: manage warranty claims and conduct RCA.
