Job summary

Henry Fagan Consulting Engineers & Project Managers is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural projects and drive delivery of complex building and infrastructure schemes. You will oversee budgets, resources, and quality control, while liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Structural engineering degree, 10–15 years of experience, and ECSA registration.

Qualifications

• BSc / BEng / B-Tech Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required.
• 10–15 years post-first qualification experience in the built environment, with at least 5 years in a client-facing Project Management or Technical Lead role.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr. Eng.) and as a Professional Engineer or Technologist.
• Proven track record as Project/Technical Lead on multi-disciplinary building and infrastructure projects.
• Experience in contract administration and management of multi-disciplinary building and infrastructure projects.

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, resources, procedures, profitability, quality and standards.
• Develop and communicate project goals; assess team performance for successful completion.
