You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage projects from initiation to close, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and scope while applying the Quality Management System to retain ISO 9001 accreditation.

The role requires a BSc Eng/BEng/BTech Civil or equivalent, 10+ years of construction PM experience, SACPCMP PrCPM registration (or ability to apply), and a background

Qualifications

• BSc Eng/BEng/BTech Civil or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years construction project management experience.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary project teams.
• Registered as a PrCPM with SACPCMP (or ability to apply).
• Engineering, quantity surveying, or architectural background is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation to close.
• Oversee project production to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop client brief and scope of works.
• Monitor progress and implement remedial actions for delays.
• Review time extensions and provide recommendations to client.
• Site visits to track progress, quality, risks, and coordination.
• Coordinate value engineering activities within budget.
• Collaborate with QS for cost reporting.
• Prepare project plans and health checks; drive recovery plans.
• Assist Business Development in tender content and proposals.
• Compile reports for various project stages.
