Job summary

V3 Consulting in Pretoria is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the planning, design and delivery of structural and civil projects from feasibility through to construction. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution.

The role requires a BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering, ECSA Pr. Eng registration, and a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience (including at least 2 years post-registration).

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering is required.
• ECSA Pr. Eng registration is required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years post-registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design and delivery of structural and civil projects from feasibility through to construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations and specifications in line with standards and client requirements.
• Support procurement by preparing tender documentation and evaluating bids.
• Contribute to business development and proposal preparation.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers and technicians.
