Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) is mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering, with a strong emphasis on building design and construction.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, Etabs, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of South African National Standards (SANS) and other relevant building codes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage a team.
• Experience in project management and contract administration is advantageous.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team and independently.
