• Bachelor's degree with a strong focus on structural engineering; Master's degree advantageous.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in structural design engineering.
• Experience designing structures with steel, concrete and other materials.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural mechanics, finite element analysis and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience with timber and masonry design is a plus.
