Job summary

You'll collaborate across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and strategic partners to optimise performance, influence senior stakeholders and steer the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant business experience.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business management, strategic initiatives, consulting or operational leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, align teams and deliver outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify opportunities and drive execution.
• Experience operating at both strategic and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Own key business deliverables and strategic initiatives across Persal.
• Provide operational oversight to support performance and growth.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT, Finance and partners.
• Shape future direction of the Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions business.
• Drive execution and alignment among senior stakeholders.
