The ideal candidate has a strong strategic mindset, proven leadership, and at least 8 years in operations with 3 in a leadership role, including Lean/Six Sigma experience. Relocation to Pietermaritzburg may be required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Master's degree is advantageous.
Minimum 8 years in operations management with at least 3 years in leadership.
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with ERP systems and budgeting.
