Job summary

The Unlimited seeks a Strategic Business Lead - Persal, a senior leadership role in the Persal unit. You will act as second-in-command to the Head of Persal, owning key deliverables and guiding strategic initiatives to sustain performance and growth.

You will work across Distribution, Operations, Product, IT and Finance, driving cross-functional delivery, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the direction of Employee Benefits and Payroll Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant business experience.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial leadership, business management, strategic initiatives, consulting or operational leadership.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, align teams and deliver business outcomes through others.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify opportunities, solve business problems and drive execution.
• Experience operating at both a strategic and operational level.

We're on the hunt for a Strategic Business Lead - Persal. This is a senior business leadership role within the Persal business, a strategic business unit within The Unlimited. Acting as the second-in-command to the Head of Persal, you will take ownership of key business deliverables, lead strategic initiatives and provide operational oversight that enables continued business performance and growth.
