Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing or related field (PhD a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or corporate strategy with emphasis on growth.
• Proven success in leading strategy development projects and delivering tangible business results.
• Strong analytical capabilities, strategic mindset, and proficiency in market research methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior client executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on strategy formulation, market analysis, competitive intelligence and growth initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive growth strategies including market entry, product innovation and partnership development plans.
• Conduct rigorous market and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives to define strategic objectives and co-create implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering development in strategic thinking and client advisory skills.
• Drive business development efforts, contributing to proposals and building strong client relationships for sustained growth.
