Our client, a prestigious luxury hotel and spa estate in Somerset West, is known for wellness tourism and culinary and wine hospitality. They are looking for a polished, service-driven Senior Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their spa guests.

As Senior Receptionist, you will deliver a seamless five-star experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave. You will manage the spa front desk and provide administrative and operational support to the Spa Manager, helping the spa run smoothly in a fast-paced luxury environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Deliver exceptional five-star guest service at all times
• Manage spa reservations, guest enquiries, check-ins and check-outs
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Spa Manager
• Maintain accurate records, reports and guest information
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock takes
• Manage petty cash

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar receptionist role
• Professional appearance and a service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced luxury environment
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
