Qualifications

• 7+ years in social media strategy and e-commerce consulting or management.
• Proven ROI-driven social media campaigns.
• Deep expertise in e-commerce best practices and CRO.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• SA market experience is highly desirable.
