Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive social media marketing experience with e-commerce focus.
• Data-driven strategies that increased engagement and sales.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns across platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with e-commerce goals.
• Manage and grow presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, video).
• Monitor channels for trends, opportunities, and inquiries; respond professionally.
• Analyze performance metrics; report KPIs and insights regularly.
• Identify influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns to maximize ROI and conversions.
• Stay updated on social media best practices and platform changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
