Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our Omni department from the Cape Town head office. You will design and execute social strategies across all channels, drive paid campaigns, and manage the brand voice to grow fans and engagement.

You will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is desirable.
• 5 years of experience owning social media campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple social platforms (FB, X, IG, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on metrics and ROI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a brand voice.

Responsibilities
