Qualifications

• National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in social media marketing and campaign management.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and report insights.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development and execution of the social media strategy through planning, conceptualisation, and reporting of the social media content.
• Planning and executing the social media content calendar and content creation for Always on social media.
• Using social media to build brand presence and engage audiences across channels.
• Ensure content aligns with promo grids and content calendars.
• Brief Marketing Manager on analytics to understand the audience and drive objectives.
• Develop and implement CRM and digital campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers on campaigns, timelines, and approvals.
• Manage data and cost estimates, billing instructions, and trafficking of ad material.
• Provide weekly reporting and post-campaign analysis to optimise ROI.
