Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent in Building, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 10 years in construction industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring project execution.
• Coordinating schedules, programmes and workflow on site.
• Managing subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
• Monitoring costs, budget performance and resource use.
• Maintaining quality standards and compliance with specs.
• Enforcing HSE procedures on site.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and suppliers.
• Leading site personnel and maintaining discipline and productivity.
• Chairing site meetings and maintaining records and reporting.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
