Job summary

Jobs 4 All seeks an experienced Site Agent to lead the day-to-day management of building construction projects in Gauteng. You will supervise site personnel and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure safety, quality, and progress against plans.

The role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and regulations. Based at head office in Sandton with field responsibilities across Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8–10 years as Site Agent in building construction.
• Registration with SACPCMP is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and site management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise site personnel and subcontractors.
• Coordinate activities between clients, consultants, engineers, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to programmes.
• Prepare progress reports and manage resources and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and construction standards.
