The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that the project is completed within budget and on schedule, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising all on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any delays or issues that may arise
• Recording and maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports, work schedules, and budget updates
• Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all on-site personnel
• Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Communicating effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and consultants
• Providing regular progress updates to senior management and offering recommendations for improvement as needed

Qualifications and Experience
