Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are eager to open doors and drive new pipeline. As an SDR, you will own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, sourcing contacts and booking meetings with key decision makers for Blacksmith Agency.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft thoughtful outreach, maintain clean CRM records and hit ambitious pipeline targets.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years in SDR/BDR role.
• Experience with outbound outreach and building contact lists.
• Familiar with using outbound prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
