This role focuses on thoughtful outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to hit monthly volume goals while keeping every touchpoint high quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role or similar experience.
• Strong written communication skills with ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools and sequences.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts across South Africa.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and related tools.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
